1 - Data processing methods

- name of the internet service provider (ISP);
- date and time of visit;
- web page of origin of the visitor (referral) and exit;

1. Art. 13, para. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 lists the rights of the user.

a) Based on art. 15, the right of the data subject to request access to personal data from the controller, based on art. 16 the possibility to rectify the data provided, based on art. 18 the possibility to supplement or restrict the processing concerning them, or to object, for legitimate reasons, to their processing based on art. 21, in addition to the right to data portability based on art. 20 of the Regulation (EU);
b) the right to request erasure pursuant to Art. 17, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
c) the right to obtain confirmation that the operations of updating, rectification, integration of data, deletion, blocking of data, transformation have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except in cases where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.

If the processing is based on Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) – explicit consent to use – or on Art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a) – explicit consent to the use of genetic, biometric, or health data, revealing religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, revealing racial or ethnic origin, or political opinions – the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.

VI - TRANSFER OF DATA TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
1. This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. In particular with Google, Facebook, and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized and strictly regulated by Article 45, paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, so no further consent is required. The aforementioned companies guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.
2. Data will never be transferred to third countries that do not comply with the conditions set out in Article 45 et seq. of the Regulation (EU).
VII. SECURITY OF PROVIDED DATA
1. This site processes user data lawfully and fairly, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of data.
